Kittleson had been taken hostage in Baghdad on March 31.
Her abduction occurred amid rising regional tensions following an offensive by Israel and the US against Iran on February 28.
In response, Tehran has carried out drone and missile strikes targeting Israel, Jordan, Iraq, and Gulf nations hosting US forces. The attacks have resulted in casualties, damaged infrastructure, and disrupted global markets and aviation.
